1. ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using Daily Handout ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

To participate in giveaways on Daily Handout, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid Google account
• Be a legal resident of a country where participation is not prohibited by law
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of Daily Handout or any active giveaway sponsor

3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase is necessary to enter or win any giveaway on Daily Handout. The platform is free to use. Making a purchase does not improve your chances of winning.

4. HOW GIVEAWAYS WORK

• One entry per user per giveaway
• Winners are selected randomly from all eligible entries at the time of the draw
• Draw times are posted on each giveaway listing
• Winners are notified by email within 24 hours of the draw
• Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize or forfeit it
• If a winner forfeits, a new winner may be selected at our discretion

5. BONUS ENTRIES

Users may earn bonus entries through the referral program. Bonus entries are applied to future giveaways as described on the platform. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the bonus entry program at any time.

6. PRIZES

Prizes are provided as described in each giveaway listing. Daily Handout makes no warranties about prizes beyond what is stated in the listing. Prize values are approximate. We are not responsible for prize fulfillment issues caused by sponsors. All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to gain additional entries
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to enter giveaways
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the platform
• Provide false information during registration or prize claiming
• Sell, transfer, or assign your entries or prizes without our consent

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and disqualification from all giveaways.

8. CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

Daily Handout reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any giveaway at any time for any reason, including technical issues, fraud, or sponsor withdrawal. In the event of cancellation, no compensation will be provided to entrants.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Daily Handout, including logos, design, and code, is the property of Daily Handout. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Daily Handout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime or technical issues.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Handout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or participation in any giveaway.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
